Thread: A question about two handed speed ca's(no not how much it takes to cap)

Right now i have master brawler and +11 in ca's and aa's.Can anyoen tell me what speed power hammer i i'm capped with? Ex. i woudl be capped with a 5.6 speed or lower?

Are you amaster swordsman as well, if you are then you have a speed of 91 and with that you would be capped with all thespecials, with a hammer that have a speed of 3.5 or less. This is because speed works like a percent, so if multiply you hammers speed by your speed as a percent (divide your speed mod by 100), then figure in the delay modifier.
