Well, some guy looted a 24-474 damage laser carbine from a sith thug recently, and that's definitely good, but has anyone seen anyhigh damage weapons drop off of pirates or outlaws?

i looted a vibro lance last phase offa thugwhile helping some people do the captians quest... nothing extravagant on damage.. but a 395 potency -1 use health poison on it. was supprised because before then i hadn't killed any sith thugs since the phase 3 before this past one. and all i got then was just village resources. i've also looted +10 seas off them as well.

In my experience i get better loot off the lower level sith than the thugs. I recently looted a dodge+9 AA and a weapon assembly +7 AA and an Armor Assembly +8 AA off lower level siths. ive never gotten anything good off thugs

tell ya what is better. w/my alt....on the way to the village to do the phase 4 quest. i hit a NS stalker ..he dropped a +16 intimidation tape. on the way back from the quest i ran into another NS stalker...he dropped a +14 artisan exp. +13 artisan assembly belt. woot!

didnt get crud off thugs or outlaws..and i was looting tons.

i got some pretty Uber stuff from them, i got a +4 Melee Defense Belt off of them, so not too bad

+7 Fire Resistance AA was nice. Think I got it off outlaw or pirate but it's hard to tell in all the commotion.
