I was wondering what speed cap is and how to get it as i'm master medic,master doc,master swordsman and i hear people talking about it all the time i want it!! lol.

Was about to ask the same question same template master doc & Master sword how many to speed do i need?

well with both templates you dont have enough for master brawler which would give you another plus 5. so your only option is skill attachments. cap is 96 or 97 i keep forgetting. go out and kill nyax or some nightsisters and just become a loot whore till you get one. or just look around at some vendors which might have some, but expect to come out the pocket.
