...and you'll miss almost every swing against a tk/fencer/rifleman even if you've got -16 range mods on your power hammer.

My scythe is 175-318 at 2.6 unsliced with excellent accuracy mods.
It is faster, and more accurate and I do more damage faster with it than my 700 max damage powerhammer.
And yes, try to hit a high defense template with your power hammer and you are goig to miss more than you hit.
Scythes RULE!!!
I can't wait to have another made with better cores

I like it just because its a sword and not the suck lookin powerhammer.

the powerhammer is ruined in pvp because of mitigation.
run up against one brawler and you're dead meat.
the scythe is generally more useful..............but i wish it did heat or acid dmg or something.
or cold! cold would have been cool.
i don't see what it would have hurt to give it a special effect.

woudl a ph that is 201 548 speed like 5.1 or something...i'm a amster so it really doesnt' matter....but i have (-7) on modifiers across the board... is something like thsi useful in pvp or am i better off using my scythe and sword?

thats if you are a pvper i guess.
it does kinetic damage .. wich is the sucks in pvp with all the peeps running around with 80% kinetic composite. i'll stick with a powerhammer..

What's so good about the Scythe's? Lol man i have a 2.7 441 max damage...why wouldn't I love that? hehe

Im new to swordsman as well i want to know how get a scythe ? I heard there was like 2 ways but if anyone could help it be great.

Check out the scythe faq posted on the board. Tells you exactly where you need to go and what you need to do to get it.

I wear the Scythe for show and switch to Power Hammer for PvP.
