THere has been no confirmation of this. Most likely what you heard was a misinterpretation of an offhanded comment about bringing mind damage into line with health and action in terms of "desirability" to inflict.

I heard that in a publish, everyone will be getting a Dunce Cap of doom which will prevent mind damage. Also, I heard TKAs will get JETS on their feet and laser beams on their heads.

Yes we are getting nerfed. Well, eventually everyone will get nerfed sometime or another by SOE.

actually i read this on the combat revamp notes from when the next publish was in development.

it isn't going to happen yet but the said that mind was going to be removed from the pool that could be attacked

they took it out when they went test on it

Doesnt matter mate.. 2handhit3 works fine.. And even if mind is made only healable, 2handheadhit3 trashes it.

I hope it goes, cause I can then slaughter those damn annoying rifleman/CMs!!

I care more about the nerfs we have already been given.. "rewamp" of the Warcry and the destruction of the mindbleed.
