You'll hit the speed cap at Master so the speed isn't that important.

ummm... no? we only get +75 to speed. you'd have to have at least +20 in attachments to hit the cap on these.

I got the pre-sliced on in that auction. Its pretty freakin nice. One of the other ones was purchased and got a 31% damage slice, so its a bit nicer as well. The third one was purchased by my PA and we're waiting to slice it.

hah! i wish we would hit the speed cap but you need like the other poster said a good +20 to speed to hit the speed cap

Eh, the accuracy mods are better than the non-Acklay PH I use now and I hit just fine, not even being a Master yet.
