Gabe, if weren't selected will SOE provide us with the Tonka trucks to play in the sandbox or do we have to supply our own?

Ok. I'm going to set an official deadline for the Sandbox applications. Hopefully everyone already has theres in but I wanted to set a firm deadline to give everyone a last chance to do so.
Over the weekend I will be selecting 8 to 10 qualified people. Between selecting these names and the actual opening of the Sandbox (still don't know when this is), I'd like to chat with everyone involved just to get some communication going and to have a more formal interview. I'll select a first team of 5 players and the rest will be alternates. Alternates will be there in case anyone has to drop out while waiting for the Sandbox to open up.
It sounds complicated but it all makes sense to me (which is the important thing). It's the best way I could come up with to get a solid team, have a chance to interview people, and also designate the alternates. The only important bit for you guys is get your apps in by Friday if you don't have them in already.

Alright, the deadline is up -- no more apps will be accepted. I will be compiling the apps and reviewing them this weekend. I should have a Swordsman squad picked by sometime early next week.
