"shhh" SMC are one of the better left out npcs of galaxies. they're difficulty is a little bit above NS but the loot table is off the hook. keep it a little know thing.

I found my singing mountain clan councilwoman today and let me tell ya, she could kick an NS elder's butt any day of the week


even with a kinetic damage weapon she was hitting was harder than your typical elder. i ended up needing to heal about 15 times with her.


it all worked out tho, i got a nice 600 damage LVA off her. i hope is slices for damage.

Councilwomen are deffinately harder than Elders. If you put a elder and a councilwoman against eachother with the exact same weapons, councilwoman has a bit less HAM and lower energy/blast but she'd still kick the elders ass.
