Will try to keep this up to date.
So far it seems that the best melee prof is force sensitive.
You can use swords/melee with the combat profs, unknown how effective they are in pvp/pve.
If you are testing post your tips/feeling/ideas on how melee plays here.

From whatI saw in the NGE Commando forums you can use ranged specials with melee weapons as well.
So they are having a blast using swords andbare hands...according to what I read there even AOE ranged attacks work with melee weapons.

Logged onto test center corbantis, and seen I still havemy power hammer. But must be a level 88 to use it.

stats... and did you have the sith sword/Nk?
if not could you see if there are any of them on the bazaar and see what the stats are on it.
this would be very helpful.
just want to find out if all the 2-hand weapons are going to be lower damage compaired to Light sabers/rifles.
