Thread: For those who think they can please give me Stat Migration Advice
Ok, I have never used armor before (mainly becuase i could not afford it). I got some composit with 64% speacial resists on electricty and 50-65% resist on all other stats
when I wear the armor the ecumbrances are around 600 on all secondary stats pretty much.
I am at 0-3-2-1 in my swordsman tree.
Please let me know what would be good to set my stats at.
I also have a crate of Ryshcate and Breath of Heaven that can boost my focus, str, stam, stats
i use a pwr hammer
For stat migration I use... i think its...
800 400 400 800 400 450 800 500 550
Im a Rodian by the way....
I like this a lot it lets me walk right into my Ubese with no problems and still some secondaries to spare so I get a little extra regen/cost deduction.
A full set of composite is almost always going to be to heavy to wear without buffs which is why I choose not to use it all that much... I hunt almost exclusivly things that are melee.
I am also a Medic with pharm 4 (I used to be a master doctor but thats a different story) So I heal myself all the time.
Between Muon gold and Fishak and Thigiakipan (Thats so not spelled right) I have absolutly no down time on white or less cons, red can hurt a little bit only a minute or two to get my mind back up and a away I go again.
Hope this helps a little.
So your saying dont use the armor at all.
Thats fine since i am a doctor too.
I could just save the armor for when i go bounty hunter.
I didnt mean to seem to say dont use armor,
I do use a fully set of ubese, and I like it because I can put it on and not need buffs.
Composite your almost always going to need buffs for a full set of it.
Actually I dont think it matters at all what race you are. or what profession you are
It matters a little as to what you will hunt...
Things that shoot back or things that hit back.
If you want to wear composite I would say take your secondaries to the point where you know you can get the armor on with a buff cuz when that buff wears off your gona be at one for everything.
So the extra points may as well go into your HAM, but that sucks cuz then any specials cost a ton, Food and drugs can help with this but are only temp. Plus I always tich when I have to leave my armor on for days at a time.
If you want to a ton of specials and have some OK armor, Go with ubese armor and buffs, or just ubese and no buffs and then deequip the armor after the battle and regen. reequip and go back to it.
If your fighting something that hits back theres nothing wrong with Ubese up to 70% knetic or so,
If your fighting something that shoots back like a PVP battle or a NPC mob, then you might want to think composite for the added blaster damage, BUT ubese still CAN do an OK job of blocking Engery/Blast.
If you dont want to do hardly any specials unless buffed and never be able to deequip and reequip your armor without buffs then composite is right up your alley
If you like being able to change your armor/clothes when ever you can then something like Ubese would be fine.
Once you pick from all that....
Now if your gona heal yourself I say go with lower HAMS higher Secondaries,
If you CANT heal yourself go with Lower Secondaries and Higher HAMS.
But theres no right or wrong. Anyone could make either work its more about knowing how to fight and how to react when you get an add that really makes the difference. Not what your stats are at.
all IMHO.
400 400 400 400 400 400 1100 1100 800
with doc buffs you can wear almost all armor and cheap specials with food included
As a zabrak swordsman i have my secondary stats maxed and my primary ham's are all at 750. Only armor i wear is a combo of ubese and comp without a helm. My mind regens quickly enough that i can take a few random hits to the head and still be able to heal. You can easily get stimpack b's that heal from 300-800 health/end.
If your a doctor, I would drop my health and action to minimum, then set your health and action secondaries to the minimum for the armor set you wish to wear. Throw the rest of your stats in to mind and mind secondaries, and just buff the crap out of yourself.
