I dunno seems a bit weird... almsot 30min duration on the poison?
Cool though if it's real.. probably a hologrinder who got it though

Its real.
The picture has been around for months. Its just a high end (Legendary) loot drop, think it was on Scylla.
Legendary loot drops are extremely rare, i'd go as far as saying that its potentially unique.
