Heya,
I have enough swordsman in my template to get the first Sword Flurry which grants 80 extra defenses. I'm considering going Master Swords, and was wondering if anyonecan tell me what the defense on the Master Swordsman flurry skill is?

Unless I'm mistaken, it's 120... I don't really use the skill myself though. Can't say for sure.

Yeah.. its 120. Its not worth using though, get Improved Center of Being from TKA, gives +500 defense.. or at the least, use basic COB for +250. Sword Flurry isn't great as a damage hit or as a defense ability. It might be sorta cool as an auto-attack, IF it did something to compete with COB and its action cost weren't so high.

On the OTHER hand, Imp COB + Sword Flurry is VERY good together, with imp COB running I'd take for eg 75-93 damage, when activating sword flurry I get hit for 45-55 it is noticable if you have high defenses.

Ya, I'm definitely looking to stack it with the 500 defense from COB. Thanks for all the replies

I do stack it with CoB already, and against some mobs it does have an effect, but vs others (below level 79 I think)it seems not to matter. Possibly because the difference between my CoB+flurry+defense and their accuracy
runs into a calculation modifier cap?
