Thread: Higher payout missions

I hit novice swordsman the other day and for some reason I am getting **edit** payout on the missions that I'm doing. I like to hunt around bestine...and as of late I've just been going up north to kill mountain worts or desert squills and kill them really easily. But when I go to the mission terminal I can't get a mission more difficult then a sevorts lair for some reason. I even went out and boughta powerhammer, equipped it, and was still getting crap for missions. I'm not a CH....so I have no pets to group with. Any suggestions?

the terminal will only give mission based upon your skill with the weapon in your hand, so my guess is you are not skilled enough 
Seriously, I know this is mayor pain for the masters as thereis no increase in difficulty from mission terminals after you hit novice in your elite profession. There is nothing wrong with grouping up to get some high level missions, but when I am master of an elite profession I want to be able to choose whatever mission I want.

Group with ppl in the same situation, pick up missions and then disband and do your own missions.

Or go to a different planet, and get higher ones there......Also, at least on Starsider, there are higher level spawns north of Wayfar, so you may want to run missions out of there....

I'm currently a 4-4-2-3 swordsman. I was getting tired of the payoffs on Tatooine. Just before reaching my currentl level I was 4-3-1-3 (something like that, I don't remember exactly). I was doing greater womp rats and bobcat missions. I think i was getting like 4800cr per mission. I didn't care for those too much because they spit at you if you're too far and do some damage. After reaching sword techniques 4, I went to Dantooine and begin doing hourton huntress missions. I get like 4700-4800 cr per mission now, and I get just over 3500xp per kill, and around 3000xp for taking out their lairs. BTW I'm doing these mission unbuffed wearing 73% kenetic ubese amor. I have moun gold on hand as last restort.

Cool thanks for the info guys. I think what I might end up doing is just going up to the squill caves and cleaning it out. That should generate some pretty good xp for me

I made a mistake about the credits i'm getting on Dantooine. I meant to say I'm getting around 7400 credits per mission. Sorry
