I'm just wondering how bad this bleed nerf really is....... I wanna know if its still possible to solo Dark jedi masters and krayts next patch. I entered this profession because I wanted to be elite in pve and now I don't think we are anymore....... If its impossible I may consider switching professions.

I guess the bottom line is, the devs dont want anyone to be able to solo things in this game. They want every profession to be equal and suck just as much. They want us to have to group with 20 people and suffer ninja looting in order to obtain high end content from high level creatures and npcs.......

I hope we're nerfed so badly that meatlump buffoons will not be soloable by swordsman. Hopefully that will make all the bandwagon swordsmen jump ship.

what band wagoners they are all tkas and riflemen. the only reason sword has such a high influx is cuz of the crons. and people realized that it was a good profession because of it

Not at all. When i was master swordsman like a month ago there were maybe 10 other masters on my entire server. I dropped it for hologrinding and since ive quit the grind ive noticed that everyone and his dog is a freaking swordsman. I really want to pick it back up for the scyfe but i dont think the reasons i enjoyed swordsman to begin with are gonna be there.

I ground swords for the holo and am also a long time pistoleer I will be dropping pistoleer very shortly to keep swords. I like swords a lot better than pistol, and I dont PvP so its not a big deal.

Im really thankful for the holo grind it has helped me get out of my DE pistoleer master artisan rut.

all i know is there are a ton more swordsman then there were 3 months ago, at least on tarquinas. when i played during the summer there were maybe 10 swordsman on the tarquinas server. now how many?? probably around 200 or so.

Im am proud to say i am true swordsman, and didnt find the profession by a chance holocron. All the holo swordsman are noobs anyway, as us true swordsman really know how to play the profession to the fullest.

Thats so true I have no idea what I am doing becuase I ground a holo for swordsand had to give up pistoleer which I have had since the begining (SoI guess Ishouldnt have given up the only professionthat I knew to the fullest) . LMAO

I'm 1/4/1/3 and I went out solo'ing last night. In 2 hours i raked in 460k 2h xp. So I would say we can definately solo post-patch..just use other skills besided bleeds.

swordsman has definately picked up in recent months. one of my first characters was a wookiee master swordsman, and i remember going for days before finding somone with the swordsman skill i needed. basically kept it inhouse with fellow guildies who were trying the class.

at x-mas when the holocrons were released...the toon i set aside for potentially becoming a jedi. got master swordsman right off the bat. i was amazed at just how many people there were running around with power hammers and "battlemaster" titles...when i started looking for them again.

it's definately become more popular.

dunno if it's holocrons, some rumor about use being uber getting out...or what. but there master swordsman is the Anti-TKM flavor of the month.

This is my first time doing a different profession other than BH. I didnt get swordsman for the power I got it to play something different since my BH sux atm with our droids all messed up.
