I have fourteen points left, should i get brawler fencer tree for the dizzy hit? Or should I get the polearm tree so i can use the nightsister lances, or can i apply the poison/disease whatever without being certified and just hitting them with the weapon?

I did Master Fencer, Master Swords, Master Brawler, Scout 1000, and Novice Medic. Thank god I can heal wounds now.

Master Swordsman / Master Doctor I can kill anything, buff myself, heal any state, and cure anything. only time i go back to town is to get BF down. And im 1/0/0/0 in scout

For PVE both your suggestions are poor choices:

1) You will not use 1h dizzy in PVE. Dizzy does not do anything to creatures, and you have area3 for NPCs.

2) You will not use DoTs in PVE. Your damage output through your hammer/scythe will make dots insignificant.

Much better choices would be scout or medic.

Scout for terrain negotiationand creature harvesting (possible money spinner when the right resource pops).

Medic to patch yourself up / stay alive.

However, if you plan on doing a bit of PVP, then i'd suggest the pikeman line, purely to become certified with LVA and NS Lances. The DoTs will not stick if you are not certified.
