I just finsihed my template but due to my lack of pvp skills i dont know if its worth keeping. I did a combo of 4 professions to get the most defenses possible. Please compare my defenses to yours and provide feedback, Thanks a bunch.

0-0-4-3 pistols
150 counterattack
60 defense vs blind
65 defense vs dizzy
45 defense vs intimidate
110 defense vs knockdown
60 defense vs pusture change (down)
105 defense vs stun
71 defense acuity
124 melee defense
70 ranged defense
melee mitigation 3
ranged mitigation 2

Well, if you ask me i would do this way.
master swordsman
2304 TKA
0040 Pistoleer
4400 Fencer
This way you will get your melee+ranged defense to cap(125) and really high kd+posture chance down defences.
Something like this.
110 Counterattack
60 defense vs blind
65 defense vs dizzy
65 defense vs dizzy
20 defense vs intimidate
145 defense vs knockdown
145 defense vs knockdown
110 defense vs posture chance(down)
105 defense vs stun
71 defense acuity
151 melee defence
145 randef defence
melee mitigation 3
ranged mitigation 2
ranged mitigation 2
This is template what ive been thinking for swordsman. Swordsman with these defenses+speed tapes and good acklay hammer should be pretty devastating in PvP and PvM too 
. Allthought it doesnt have any medical skills but its fine to me.
