When you have all 4 combat xp boxes, the difference isn't very noticeable. I can wield my power hammer and chop a mob just as much as a two handed curved sword, and I hardly miss with it.

I picked up a powerhammer last night and dispite it's awesome damage it has horriable accuracy -40/-40/-40 to all ranges and it's slow. Without the +accuracy line and the +speed it's just not good except for opening with a mind bleed attack. I havent tested the cleaver but saw it had negative to hit across the three ranges aswell. Why is that? It makes the weapons nearly useless compared to the lesser weapons with +8 to all ranges and much faster speed.

They should decrease that insanely high accuracy negative in my opinion. Especially if their intention is for us to use the cleaver or powerhammer instead of the curved. With regards to the latest changes to the certifications and their placement.
