Thread: I'm very disappointed about scythe

Its HAM costs are horrible, you can kill urself completely too fast.
Its damage isnt even that good. We are swordsmen, shouldnt our weapons be AT LEAST 400 or 500 max damage? we are hard hitters.
I have 3 skills until master, and i cant even beat my friend (rl) in pvp and he uses a scatter pistol.
The only good thing is the speed, which sad to say unsliced is almost the same as a two-handed curved sword.
* Note: some of you mite say all you need to do is get buffed and the costs dont matter, well we shouldn't need to get buffed, we should be able to use specials without being buffed ALL the time.

i agree
the HAM costs arethrough the rooffor the MAX damage.
i don't think they did a very good job on the scythe. the riflemen have a 500 max rifle for gods sake.
the sad thing is it's still better than anything we had before as screwy as it is.
so what does that say for the swordsman profession.
the DPS is nice in PVE and even in pvp.
but i think FOR ALL THE EFFORT this should be much better weapon - with higher dmg, and some sort of special effect like acid/heat ect.
i don't know.
im playing with it and staying open minded and my power in PVP is much much better.
but its not gonna save the swordsman because of its massive flaws.
even buffed it sucks your mind pretty fast.

THE SCYTHE ROCKS UR FACES OFF , if u get the right componuts ur scythe will be as good as an unsliced powerhammer if not better and the ham costs and rrange will not be bad at all

yeah i luv my scythe. it is 235-404 2.3after a damage slice of 28% . i heard 28% and was like damb oh well then looked at it and my mouth droped . i was happy. this weapon destroying in pvp as well. i was doing more dps vs anouther swordman then i was doing with my ph. tehehe

jeez guys, dont complain, lets not forget the scythe is ap2, and with the new food buffs ::cough:: brandy +400 to focus x2, the mind HAM shouldnt be a problem when you look at the damage output and overall coolness

yeah I don't even look at HAM costs anymore to be honest. it just doesn't matter when you are buffed and boozing.

I made a scythe with some good components and geo solidifying agents for enhancements and it came out very nice 410 max damage the ham costs came out pretty good and this is only after a crappy 23% slice imagine if it where 32% hehe.
Point is all those that think it sucks just didnt get the right components. have patience and find better components i think the scythe has potential to get over 500 damage + with the best stuff and some luck with weapon exp and a slice.

Exactly Why whine we have one of the Coolest weapons in the game and has the potential to be the strongest one , So enough with the whining if ur blade sucks get better compuntes and get a better one made end of story
