Just like all crafting type loot drops there is a standard (for Power Cubes it is 3% Base Effectiveness, Min: 10, Max: 10). Sometimes you find a loot in which the first object will be yellow, denoting that it is better than normal. Loots of this type have a wide range it seems. A normal Nightsister layer is 3%, I've found some up to 11%. Sometimes you find loots with (Exceptional) which usually have ungodly good stats, and some have (Legendary) which are just too good to be true. On a yellow looted Power Cube that isn't exceptional I'd say it would probably range from 3-6% Base Effectiveness, and 10-20 on either Min or Max damage.

In that case what are the ranges on the stats? Whats the min? Whats the max? Anyone know?
