Thread: What would you say separates Swordsman from the other melee profs?

I am looking to try another brawler profession other than TKA and I am wondering what youswordsmen would say separates you fromFencers and Pikemen, and what you like about the profession that you feel makesswords a better skill to have. Appreciate any feedback!

what seperates us that is easy it is our Bleeds. oh wait nvm that was nerfed

our ability to do large amounts of damage... but that's about it...

That we attract nerfs like no other brawler class.... but we do have nice hammers and a new sword to keep us pacified... and weve got 3 useful moves at master... thats it.

Head hit 3. Also AP2 on most of our weapons, and the powerhammer is blast damage and has a pretty low mind cost. The scythe blade is great, too,because you can finally get decent damage outputeven if you don't have skill tapes toincrease your speed.

I'd like to comment on my research,
The 2H Swordsman is more of your offensive Melee Profession. We do lots of damage, but we don't have as many defensive mods compared to the Fencers. The Fencers have speed, less damage, but better defenses.
Swordsman, get mostly AP2 weapons, we hit the mind, and our Hammer does Blast
Fencers, get mostly AP0 weapons, but their Stun Batons hit, guess what, Stun.
Fencers are good for PvP, because of Stun and Defense
Swordsman are good for PvE, because of our damage output.
