I actually decided with my 4-3-4-4 Jedi Initiate character that I was sick of paying 5 mil for a Krayt pearl, so I went on my main to try a profession to get my own. I heard Swordsman might help tank for Rifleman, who might share the loot.

So I figured I'd grind it and try it out. But something happened, I fell in love with the Swordsman profession. Man it's so much more fun than playing my Jedi! After three days, starting from scratch, I am 0-3-1-2 Swordsman! The novice Brawler box granted me more defense than any Jedi Master will ever have, so that was nice. I'm really looking forward to going to the Geonosian caves at master. I can't do anything with my Jedi, because if I'm near people, someone will always attack me, dizzy me, kd me, and kill me.

Even if I do somehow earn pearls for my Jedi character, I doubt I will continue to play it exclusively. Swordsman is just plain fun.

Oh and keep up the good work on this forum, it's much more organized and fun to read that the Jedi one. You guys actually have info that helps!

With a measely +20 dizzy defense thesame thingwill happen withSwordsman. I willwait and see howbad the Master Brawler nerf is. If ittoo bad then I will be a TK Master/Master Heavy Swordsman/Blademaster with my Combat Medic/Doctor alt buffing me. I am a 0030 TKA so far and it is soeasy to level compared to Swordsman.

Nah, don't let the old-timers get to you.

I've been here (off and on) since August. It's the only profession I've ever loved, and only one I've ever come back to.

I got sick of holo-grinding about 2 or 3 weeks ago so I took up swordsman. Man, is this fun! I was 0430 marksman before (just to defend myself really), and this is a LOT more fun, not to mention more useful. Great prof.

Have to say guys i love swordman its great last night i went to the geosoen caves with a mate he master rifleman /doc .

Im TKM / 1/4/1/3 in sword an he got killed an i lasted quite a while but the really cool difference was the fact that i did more dam now then when i used my TKM skills , i even managed to beat a master swordman yesterday in a dual as he was showing me his sycthe as mine is getting made at the moment .

Swordman is the best an am really enjoying it ithink i will keep it along with my tkm skills ,just need some ranged offence now
