What ever you change\set your template to be today....will not be the uber PvP template tomorrow with the coming combat revamp. If i were you id spend my skill points on whatever is fun vs. being uber....uber templates are only temporary and you will get bored quickly with it if you don't pick something that you enjoy (thus wasting countless hours grinding something that will be nerfed soon). My opinion anyways......pick what is fun for you is my advice.

Are you a melee purist, or do you want moreflexibility in your character?

If you are a melee purest, TK would give you Powerboost and Meditate for mini buffs and a way to get rid of poisons and wounds without the need for a Doctor or wound packs. Fencer or Pikeman would give you the ability to focus your attacks on other pools.

If you want more flexibility, then get a ranged profession. You can take Carbineer to get complementary boosts to Counterattack. It also gives you ranged KDs and some other nice skills (of course, when they fix it). Carbineer also allows you to focus attacks on the Action pool. When they fix defense stacking, the boosts to Counterattack will not be as useful, but it still should be a decent combination. Pistoleer would allow you to attack health directly, but it will not give you as complementary of defense bonuses.

I chose to go Master Rifleman with my Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/Medic 0 1 0 0. Rifleman defenses do not stack with Swordsman, but it does stack very well offensively. You can headshot them till they get into melee range, then switch to 2H and continue attacking mind. If it starts at melee range, you use 2H until they run, the switch to Rifle to finish them off. I enjoy the mix.

One other alternative is to finish off Medic and spend your last 33 points in Doctor. This would give you the ability to self-buff and pickup a few other Doctor skills.

thanks, i was thinking of going tka just for the meditate and defences but how good are the buff s you menchened for meditate?

Im master swordsman/master doctor. Bening able to buff,heal state's (anti TK) and heal self for 2k makes me very, VERY hard to kill. Everyone wants to play with you cause you are one insane Tank. Don't forget with stat migration and buffs you can wear that uber armor!!.
