Thread: Swordsman Class's best weapon is a Hammer? :(
just a thought...
I'm taking Swordsman on a alt character on another server and i'm loving every bit of it 
ofcourse i'm just starting out and asking alot of questions to other Sowrdsman.
and I found out that our best weapon when we get in our Elite SWORDSMAN class is a Hammer? Doesn't that sounds very odd to anyone? I was taking it for the swords mostly and some close combat.. but a hammer? :S

We're two handed weapon specialists, not two handed sword specialists. If you don't like the hammer then don't use it, just run away from that 50% kinetic mob.
I have the same feeling. I love swords so I took swordsman as my prior profession. If it's named as "Two-Hards specialist", I will accept hammer as our elite weapon. Or, just give us a swords asalternative master weapon, everybody happy and no need to argue, right?
You are 2h speciallist BEFORE you reach swordsman level. If we were just 2h specialists then we should be able to use every single 2h weapon in the game, including light sabers. But we cant. We use swords. But oddly only have 2 weapons that acctually are swords.And the rest arent swords. Kinda odd. The hammer i dont mind so much because i can run around thinking im Thor but the bevy of axes are really annoying and we need more swords fast.
You knew a hammer was listed as the class weapon when you started up the line. All you had to do was click on the skill box.
