Not sure, I don't think anyone has truly tested but the general concensus seems to be that they aren't worth using.

I believe all damage sea's (except unarmed) were removed in beta...

I have a +15 dmg 2h tape and I do the same damage with or without it..sigh

I once did a test using a 0/0 condition weapon. Most 0/0 condition weapons do 1 damage. I then wore armor. One piece had a +1 2handed damage tape. I would normally do 1 damage per hit. On every hit, I did 2. This still is inconclusive but it is a start.

hmm im pretty sure all dmg tapes except unarmed do not work because the respective classes do not have the dmg mob by defualt.

I could be wrong and if i am i could sell my 2handed dmg 12 tape w/o a guilty conscience!
