I'm thinking about doing,
Master Swords
Novice Doc
0400 CM
Novice Scout
FS melee speed

Has anyone tried this template? It seems like it would do well for high end PvE (ie NS and Krayts)

Any Comments on it?

It probably wouldnt do as well as a full blown melee stacker. With just about 0 defenses you are going to be healing alot. Not that that is a bad thing with novice doc, but im not sure you will be able to solo elders like you want.

Try it out though. Will definately be good in a group.
