The billionth timesomeone temp posted. I am going for master swords, master brawler, medic 2-0-4-0, fencer 4-0-4-0( i am not too sure that is good), tk 0-3-0-4, and some fs with the pharm in medic if i need too. please reply about the fencer not sure what to get.

If you have to get any Fencer, which I wouldn't 'cos I really dislike the prof 
, just get the state defs.. the melee def bonuses are worth as much as bananas vs. high end PvE stuffs 
maybe see if you can get the Defensive Techs line of Pikes instead of/as well as whichever bit of Fencer gives you State defs, from what I can remember Pikes gives slightly better def vs. some states than Fencer does.

if you get a line in fencer get 0-4-0-0 so if you get down on ham, not only is it harder to KD you, but you can COB and that does work on high end mobs witha maxed melee def

Ok, this dude is sadly missinformed. First off, why would you ever switch from 2h COB to fencer COB? "Oh damn, this Elder is about to kill me, I better pull out my stun baton and try to make my escape!" I also do not understand where the melee def comes in. 0400 does not give you any. Even if you had it, elders do not care what your melee defence is. They just hit you anyway. The only place where melee def comes into play is low end MOBs, other swordsmen, pikemen, and pistoleers. Stun and Dizzy are the important ones. The PvP 5% chance of state rule does not appear to apply to PvE. At 100 Stun Def, and 100 Dizzy Def, it never happens. Interestingly, at 125 Knockdown defence, I would still occasionaly get knocked down. Basically, keep the dizzy off and all you need to do is hit stand, and you are back in the fight.

i didnt defense stack aginst em and i would pwn the stronghold every time

you want my honest opinion? it's a waste.
first.....
TK and swordsman both offer kin damage. so to have masters of both you're just wasting pts. depending on what you're looking to do, you need various things. i'm a lifer as a swordsman and i have probably the most well balanced swordsman template you can have for both PVE and PVP.
master swordsman
master brawler (intim2/warcry2 plus the ever useful lunge2)
fencer 2400 (good def vs states)
tk 4004 (meditate and high melee/ranged def)
medic 2040 (you need the high end stims and the ability to cure bleeds to play with elders)
plus i have the melee/ranged FS defense line and the FS melee speed line.
i'm speed capped at swordsman, can heal for 1400, cure bleeds, meditate poison/disease/bleeds and wounds away, powerboost, force of will, capped melee/ranged defense, 75 def vs KD (which is quite high for swordsman)
imo, there isn't much more you could get that is a better over all combo for a swordsman template for PVE and PVP.

dude swords does blast dmg and kinetic dmg, yes thats true. but honestly who would use a 2 handed curved sword unless its exceptional on a NS

He was stating there is no reason to go for damage with tk... when you can do kinetic with swordsman... its called a Scythe HELLO!!!!!!!!!
Yes swordsmen get the scythe, executioners hack, power hammer, two handed curved sword, two handed cleaver, two handed vibro axe, two handed axe, and heavy axe.... so they two damage types are kinetic and blast. And yes it is more effective except for states against npc mobs.
