Hi guys what is the Cap for Melee Speed (Hard Cap or is there a Calculator)

and is Counter attack +125?

+125 is the cap for counterattack.

+95 will cap you with a 6.1 speed hammer (acklay or loot)

Also:

Melee Defense Caps at +125 (excluding Squad Leader enhancements, which will bring you over +125)

RangedDefense Caps at +125 (excluding Squad Leader enhancements, which will bring you over +125)

Accuracy has no cap, but only +25 from attachements will help (Rodians get an innate bonus to this, there is FS accuracy, and a food that increases it)
