IfI remember right there are usuallay some to the,I wanna say, SW of the northern outpost. Bout 750-1k away. There's a structure around there that has some SMC there. You can usually find natural spawns of the Councilwomen around there.

They're more around 300-315k HAM and same 100% resists except 20% energy/blast, you can find them west/SW/NW of the northern outpost about 1km out, across the river too up on the hill I've found spawns of them there

They are about as hard/easy as NS elders. but their stats a little lower and i hear the drop about the same amount of loot. so anyone know where to find them?
