+96 pretty much caps you on any crafted weapon, which is usually a maximum of 6.0 speed.

ive still not seen any crafted over 5.9 spd, so like he said, youll be fine at +96

i'm curious...does the +12 enhanced melee speed you get from the fs quest in the village count towards your 95 or 96 speed cap?
