Thread: Scythe vs PH in CU

Well i went to TC5 yesterday and I pulled a scythe and ph fomr the blue frogs, the wepaons on there are the "standard" stats, so it shows how the compare to each other as well. The PH has 800 dmg and they scythe has 700 damage as well as acid elemental damage, i'm thinking that now the ph is no longer the uber 2h weapon when capped on speed, if you think about it, the scythe should be better anyways becuase you need higher skills for certification anyways.

well firslty incase ya didnt know, the blue frog weapons are vastly superior to what the cu weapons will be. like 2 or 3x more powerfull. so with that said, i think the black sun executioners hack wil lactually be a fairly good weapon (maybe the new scythe?) with its lower ham costs. hard to say, i havent used on on tc yet.

well.. to be honest, none of us will know for sure until they add the elite profession trainers and the weaponsmiths can test their stuff out

no the devs never said anythign about the power of the weapons being 2-3X more powerful then the weapons we will get. but they did say the condition was 2-3X to big. but they fixed that the other day.

the Power hammer actually has like 475-875 dmg from the frog and the scythe like 707 dmg and the acid,,, also the Power hammer is now the Master swords cert weapon so it actually needs higher skills now for cert,,,,
also you arent really gaining dmg the old weapons had armor pierce now that armor pierce is gone all weapons dmg is being adjusted

I think we can compare the CU weapons, i don't think they are more powerful at all, that wouldnt make sense to test weapons with such ggood stats that will never be used.
