I found a skill tape with

Dodge 1
2 Handed Melee Evasion 2

I have no idea what this goes for. So if someone would let me know that would be great. Thanks.

Be warned that tapes with 2 bonuses are bugged. You only get one bonus, and it appears to be random as to which one you'll end up getting.
