the fear release mechanisms from BE's, are + to intimidation and warcry, they do work!
At novice bralwer, i warcryed kimos everytime [ given i had plus 48 to warcry, and the most you can get normally is +20, now i have 68, and nothing in the genreal area moves for 20 seconds on the click of a button.

You can drop some of those clothes and cut it back to +25. According to the BE correspondent, and actually confirmed by devs, +25 is the max benefit that you can get. The fact that it displays MORE than 25 is a bug, and the extra effectiveness is lost.
That being said, im mad that the most warcry/intimidate you can get on an undershirt is +17, cuz i like being fully armored
