As I work myself up the swordsman tree I find myself wondering if I could get a better power hammer. I had one that was -40 range mods and 570 max damage sliced. I now have one with -32 range mods with a max of 551...don't know if it has been sliced but I think it has.

So...I want to know, what constitutes THE BEST stats on a hammer and where can I buy one?

I have a couple that are 600 damage 5.4 speed -28 accuracy. Thats with a 30% damage slice. Thats about as good as they come. No enhanced power hammers being made unfortunately.

sorry on eclipse. My new hammer dealer is a swordsman/weaponsmith so he knows his hammers. Just made an even better batch apparently. You just have to find a good mellee weaponsmith on your server then buy a bunch of hammers and get em sliced till you get some nice ones.

It depends how much money you havem and how much of a weapons nut you are

I personally buy creates of (5.3s 473max) hammers, then get them sliced, in the quest for the perfect hammer.

The highest damage (no Pup) I have is 613, and the fastest is 3.4

My 3.4 Hammer pretty much makes Cleaver obsolete. I have no idea why people love cleavers so much when you can get hammers like this.

Who do you buy your stuff from Hatred? I'm on eclipse and the best I've seen is Stry'ker on dantooine. Second is Omni.

i have two hammers that i love a 460is hmax damge hammer with a speed of 3.1 after slice and speed power up. and i have a 715ish max damage one speed of 5.4 with a sliced and damage power up.

so far on tarq dude the max damage i have seen is 465 speed of 5.4 our reasourses for these weapons hae sucvked for a while now. i can't even get stats close to that any more the max damage i' am seeing right now is 463 damage speed of 5.4

if you contact me ingame i'll send you to the wp of this weapon smith i've found the 463 weapons i don't knoiw if he still has some up on his vendor though.

I have a post-slice hammer that is 4.0 speed with 460ish max damage. Combine with speed/health powerup and I'm cooking with gas.

wow ftb those are the best base hammers ive ever seen. You are lucky to have those on your server.

Cleaver are good? well i get lower stat on them than 2-h curved sword...

On bloodfin the standard powerhammer is 5.5spd 460dmg. I buy 'em by the crate and only keep the dmg sliced ones. Also I use powerups 100% of the time...I hired an artisian to keep me supplied with 33% mind cost..16% spd...
