I was wondering if anyone is running this template right now? Looking for some opinions for effectivness in PvE and also PvP. Just figure it couldn't hurt to be able to buff yourself pop a muon and kill kill kill. So opinions please good or bad.

It was a pretty good template for PvE, being able to buff yourself and run rampant in a PvE setting was bliss, I gave it up to get Master Brawler and hit up the fencer defense and ranged mods..........but for missions it rocked...........your HAM usage for specials was almost non-existant and being able to wear full armor and still not use any HAMs was great too.......

Sounds about likewhat I was thinking. Did you ever get a chance to PvP at all? I may go after the mellee mod combos, just not sure yet. Thanks for the info.

Hey man.. that is pretty much what my char is but not full doc, just 4/4/4/0, no crafting

I do just fine in PVP, i annhilate commandos and most ranged people. I struggle against TKAs at times but at least I've got a fighting chance. Plus the doc means you'll never go unbuffed, you can cure disease/poisons so you aren't at the mercy of CMs and you can rez your teammates if they go down.

You saw Monika yesterday with all those melee mods, super tough until the CM got ahold of him. With doc you could have stopped that, although granted you wont be as potent. Plus when you have self doc you can migrate your stats to assume you are always buffed, cause you should be if you have your own doc.

Good deal Vexea. Think I may just check this combo out for awhile and see what I can do.

i'm a master doctor / 0433 swordsman and I guarentee you its a potent combination, both PvP and PvE. I wont have the chance to go master brawler however. Sure I dont have the dodge / defensive of a swordsman who puts points in fencer or pistoleer, but I can absorb a hell of a lot more damage. Another benefit to this combo is since you'll always be buffed you can migrate all your stats to maxing out your mind stats, and start carrying specifc mind food and spice like angerian and muon gold. My spiced / food'ed up mind stats are somewhere around 2300/1100/1400, with 2500+ on everything else.

If you still want the master brawler you can go 0440 in doctor, and still be able to buff and rez. 0444 is also a good template if you want to make your own meds (which is my source of income).

You can always grab the TKA meditate line to handle the poison and disease problems, they almost always are "hit and runs" in the middle of town anyway )

I was sword 0-4-4-4, master doc. I am now doing my next holo, pike and am doc 4-4-4-1. The self buff and heal dizzy are aboslutely great. Wearing full composite armor, the real heavy stuff, all the time works wonders.

Agreed , IM master of both and the only thing that really can kill me is tka mind hit and Dkd of anykind, SOmone even tried the sniper mind bleed, with head shot from 60m on me, stoped the bleed closed the distance warcry lunge dead. I find myself fighting gorups of people and killing all or a good number before going down.

TKA is very difficult to beat, with this combo, mostly because their profession is rediculas, they should be very tough, but they are gross tough. If u manage to not get dkd, their mind hit is just ast fast as everyting else they use, theyll drop my 1000 mind in 3-6 hits, with me attacking 1-3 times with my 1.8 sword (no power up, little better with a speed pu on top) but doing that gives up alot of damage.

Over all though pvp isnt that huge part oif the game, u will fair very well, And yes commados will be nothing to u unless they use max damage flamer, and get a bighit when u have a bad buff. U will DOMINATE the PvE world. Ive soloed ancient bull rancors no pet , no mind buff, used one moun gold and won. U will look for herds on animals as apposed to a few u can corner off.

Dude, 80% kinetic resist helm. Actually 70-80% kinetic resist full body armor makes TKM an annoyance. If you keep with the dot attacks, it makes him use his mind to heal it. The only food/drink you should be eating is mind food, and muon or thruster head. Mix in warcries, a lunge here and the, and some intimi and eventually his mind is gone. But yeah, it takes waaaay longer than in should to beat those dudes.
