Does anyone have the complete list of weapons a Master Swordsman can currentlyuse? Is there a FAQ on the pros and cons of those weapons?

The complete list you can see if you press ctrl+S in-game. And select the Swordsman/brawler professions. 
But if you want the info gathered, I'm not sure.

AngirstVong made an accurate list of all the swordsman weapons and their stats in the Swordsman Roundtable FAQ topic at the top of the forum.

You have to scroll down through a few posts to find it. Also keep in mind that the stats of the weapons he lists there are at the very high end of the scale.
