i kill enraged minor worts (baby) for loot all the time, the drop worrt guts which are used in crafting *Worted* CDEF carbines. you could probably handle on of these once you reach 0413 swordsman with uber armor and a damage sliced scythe. o you might also need a ADKed PSG with "lick" resist of above 88%
