Thread: exceptional weapons not dropping?

hey i havnt heard or seen any exceptional drop i awhile now and was wondering if anyone has looted an exceptional in the past few weeks. If so please post here or if you know anything share what you know. thanks

about 3 weeks ago a exceptional power hammer was looted on radiant from a NS sentinel, 1900 max damage

I have a feeling they probably still are dropping, I mean come on it'snot like someone finds one everyday, hell even every week on all the galaxies. They are beyond rare and I doubt the devs have the brain power to figure out how to stop them from dropping. I'd keep an eye out on galaxy trade forums in the coming months before saying they have stopped dropping. Although, they could have taken them out of the loot tables with the recent "change to high end loot".

Hard to tell theses days, are the loot drops bugged?...I think it pretty hard to find out for sure.
I killed 8 Elders last night and many normal NS....I looted nothing worth mentioning.

Exceptionals are still dropping. As well as good weapons without the excpetional tag. A friend just looted an Excpetional NS Lance about 2 days ago. The stats weren't that great but it had the Exceptional tag. And I looted a LVA with 590ish Max that sliced to 770ish Max with a 277strength Action Fire DOT, I also looted a set of 6 NS Layers with 11% and both of my loots were just yesterday so good loot and exceptionals are still out there.

Don't expect them to anymore, either.
The ADKs probably killed the chances - that's partially why I blew half my bankroll on a 91-334 pre-nerf Acklay bone that THANKFULLY got a low, but still damage, 24% slice. 1102-1109 max depending on the pup I use.
From now on, I think the only thing we'll see are DOTed weapons with crappy damages but occasionally ick-to-meh-to-good-to-great ratings.

i was told by a CSR about 2-3 weeks ago that the loot drops ARE broken.
on another note, last and only decent weapon i ever looted was a 870 max LVA (sliced for over 1100 max). that was a few months ago and did not have a exceptional tag
