I am out killing elders somebody ask me if i could help him kill 1 elder i say sure, but tell him i want the loot. He doesnt object against it so we kill the elder then when i am about to loot i a see a belt in the loot window i examine it see's it got +20 armor exp . Theni get the message he looted and i tell him to trade me plz, Then he says he destroyed it i send a csr ticket seems he really destroyed it and they wont reimburse it.

True story just happened to me 1hour ago

*cry's* yah mostly i loot before looking myself but my inventory was full so i examined it first to see if was worth deleting something for it

i know but if a csr says they wont reimburse the item you can be sure it is destroyed

I dont belive he destroyed it, lets see the logic here. If hes honest and you said you wanted the loot and he got some then he would give it to you, not destroy it, conclusion he is dishonest. If you sent a ticket telling the CSR some guy destroyed an item the CSR wouldn't check everything and then come to you he would simply say that he cant reimpuse a destroyed item since it was customer and not a game error.

I'd be checking your servers trading forum if i were you.....
