Thread: Total mods for M-Swordsman

Can someone give me the list of the total mods given at master swordsman? I have included the totals for the other 3 melee professions. I'm also interested in knowing the total mods given for master brawler.


Is there a website that tallies it all up? I use allakhazam but it doesn't give me mod info.







Teras Kasi Master

CenterOfBeing Efficacy: +105
Combat Equilibrium: +55
Melee Defense: +62
Ranged Defense: +45
Defense vs Blind: +10
Defense vs Posture Change (Down): +30
Defense vs Stun: +15
Defense vs Knockdown: +20
Defense Acuity: 81



Master Fencer (BladeMaster)


CenterOfBeing Efficacy: +115
Combat Equilibrium: +30
Melee Defense: +74
Ranged Defense: +69
Dodge: +105 (this stacks with pistoleers dodge as long as you're holding either a pistol or 1hand weapon)
Defense vs Blind: +40
Defense vs Dizzy: +40
Defense vs Intimidate: +20
Defense vs Posture (Down): +50
Defense vs Knockdown: +50



Pikeman


CenterOfBeing Efficacy: +105
Ranged Defense: +25
Melee Defense: +30
Block: +115 (supposed to stack with Rifleman Block as long as you're holding a rifle or pike.)
Defense vs Blind: +20
Defense vs Dizzy: +40
Defense vs Knockdown: +20
Defense vs Posture (down): +30
Defense vs Stun: +50

swordsman's counter attack and carbineer's counter attack for the time being... i cant remember the basic defenses because i have tka, fencer, and pikeman skills to back up my master swordsman/master brawler.

I know. I'm looking to go master rifleman.


I'm split between master TKA (for good defence,small mind dmg, and KD), master fencer (for great defence), or swordsman (for great mind dmg ability).


If it turns out master swordsman offers decent defencive mods (specifically to range, melee, KD, and dizzy) then i'll definately go swordsman.

not sure if this is correct or not, but



Swordsman:
+110 Counter Attack
+20 Melee Defense
+15 Ranged Defense
+20 Dvs Dizzy
+20 Dvs Intimidate
+50 Dvs Stun
+25 Dvs Knockdown
+10 Dvs Posture Chance
+10 Dvs Blind



The big thing with rifleman and swordsman is that you can do ranged mind, then if the thing comes close you have a heavy hitting weapon for close range. if i wasnt going a full melee template i would go swordsman rifleman.


a rifleman friend and i can team up and kill alot of pretty big things.

Counterattack +100
D vs. Dizzy +20
D vs. KD +25
D vs. Stun +50
D vs. Blind +10
D vs. Intimidate +20
D vs. Posture Change +10
Melee Defense +20
Ranged Defense +15

I believe it's +110 to counterattack.... added them up with my carbineer bonuses and it comes out to +215, and since i only get +105 from carbineer it should be +110

Ugh... those numbers are HORRIBLE. I was planning on going swordsman to compliment rifleman (mind damage), but it looks like i'll be going TKA or fencer instead. Look at the defencive values for them.

Well, nobody ever claimed Swordsman was a defensive powerhouse.


Fencer has a lot more defense than Swordsman.
TKA has a lot more utility than Swordsman.
Swordsman is a lot more fun than both.


As soon as the Scythe goes live, thats exactly the excuse I need for myself to scrap all the work i've done on my template thus far to go back to swordsman.

Well, I think we knew that Swordsmen weren't supposed to be huge defensive tanks, but geeze! After looking at those numbers I had no idea we were that, well.. with lack of a better work.. crap!
