Master Rifleman

Master Heavy Swordsman

Smuggler 0010


and with the other SP ya can get TKA or medic.


now ppl this will pwn so bad. rifleman has heavy AP and everyuthing else you wish . and hevay mindattacks, same for swordsman.

and if ya get in trouble np feigndead. lol

atm im finding it hard to pick weather or not go with somthing like this or master swordsnam/doc..

it's alright but your defense vs state is poor, you have no chance to heal or slow disease and no way to even heal your own HAM. Ok you are a swordsman for when they get close, but you can't inflict a state that will stick, nor will you be able to get up in time from a KD/Dizzy. Ok so you are a rifleman at long range...thats cool only against carbineers who charge shot you/confuse shot you have no chance.


To be honest....it sucks for PvP and for PvE it's not that great either (you can't heal!!)

You would honestly be better with TKA as you melee profession since you have smuggler in your template and you would save on SP if you went pistoleer. In fact you would be altogether a lot better if you went [Master TKA/Smuggler 0040/Master Pistoleer]and you would still have 46 SP left to what you want with. You would have much higher defense, a ranged KD, a melee KD, be able to stick states and still be decent in PvE.

Actually I was just recently Master TKA/Smuggler/Pistoleer.....it was nice but not a good damage dealer. Only good thing about Pistoleer is defenses, Smuggler is Feign (after panic nerf). TKA is the only one that deals damage and has good defense at the same time but is not good in PvP when your against an experienced player. Also you have more power with Swordsman. I would rather have good offense then better defenses since what I'm fighting will be dead in half the time.


Look at the posters template, the biggest damage dealing professions in the game. All I know is at the moment putting Rifleman and Swordsman together is very hard to beat. Specially now that K/D and Dizzy doesn't stick as well as it used to (stealth nerf I'm assuming).

True that my template is a defensive one, but I only made that one up because of the fact that it is much more SP effective to put those classes together because of smuggler then it is to do the original template.

Your point about rifleman is valid, it is a high damage dealer, but swordsman in PvP is a bit more tricky. Your blast hammer suffers BADLY from Mitigation and the clever only deals kinetic damage. Add the fact that your accuracy is poor plus the fact that you can't KD and compared to TKA you arn't exactly steller.

[Master Rifleman/Master TKA/Smuggler 0010] deals more damage then the pistoleer version, but has less defense. However it's alot more SP effcient then:

[Master Rifleman/Master Swordsman/Smuggler 0010].


My original point any way was that the 1 combo to rule them all didn't, in fact, rule them all...

and also with low defense vs state and no doctor in your template you will die from stats/disease/poison very quickly

im currently working this template:

master brawler
master swordsman
tka 4004
fencer 2440
scout 1000
medic 0000

capped melee defense
high def vs.
very high ranged defense

works for me so far
