Any ideas where these spawn regularly?

I've ran into several spawns less than 1k from the dathomir (north) outpost over the last week since I saw that post about the cleaver. The best thing I've got from them has been a few "quality" crystals though.

Go to NS stronghold, they spawn like SE of there 1500 or so meters.
