Hi there,
Looking to evaluate some new weaponry to see if what I have is any real good or not (the WS that made me my scythe and hammer assures me that they are top quality, but I'd like to check!). Like my other thread where people have been kind enough to post, this is me trying to get a little more clinical and picky about my weaponry, rather than just saying "ok, I fancy hitting this mob with a scythe today" ! Here are my questions, if anyone would care to give a fellow Swordsman a little advice:
1) How do I calculate my actual attack speed based on the attack speed figure (is it in seconds?) for the weapon, and my attack speed bonus (I am Master Swordsman)
2) How does the min/max damage affect PvE (if at all), should I just look at the max damage figure and get the biggest I can find (I think melee mitigation comes into it somewhere but not sure what that even means!)
3) How does armour piercing work? When should I consider switching to a higher armour piercing weapon, at the cost of maybe a slower attack speed?
4) Is there some sort of formula that I can use to calculate how much I should inflict if I hit something with a regular attack, given the min/max damage, bonuses for being Master etc .. presumably this depends on the mob too
5) Is there a way to calculate what damage I should be dishing out with particular special attacks, given the min/max on my weapon+armour piercing if that comes into it at all?
Erm, I think that's it for now lol
Thanks in advance for any help offered!

Thats a damage/speed calculator, just type in your skill mod and the speeed of your weapon...if you don't care about the damage output just leave it as the 100 100 and look in the real speed column to see what your actual attack speed would be with that skill, that weapon and that particular special attack.
In pve max damage is more important, and in pvp min damage is more important (arguably) because of the damage mitigation reducing the damage range of the weapons.
