What is the coordinates of the NPC that gives the quest in Entha?

hi guys it took me awhile to figure out where this dude was hidden and belive me this nps does not want to be found. casue there a litrally tens of people surrounding him. anyhow this is the step by step how i got him
:::location:::Mos Entha Tatooine;
:::waypoint:::1390 ,3197;
NOTE :::::this quest can be reset once we go to the Mos eisly cantina and talk to the record keepers.
beware this quest can be reset only once. since i have not been able to take on the quest casue this dude keeps saying i am not storong enough. i dont know the record keepers name. this record biss i found out from some dude in the ahazi galaxy where i rent out lots.
:::::NPC Name:::Hedon Istee (approximate name)
When you come out of the Mos Entha starport you'll see a wall to your right, it's some kinda weird enclosure. Go inside it, you'll find an NPC named Hedon Istee or something like that. Do his missions, he'll give you a treasure map. Follow the treasure map, dig up the treasure, and then run from the krayt that spawns You can either kill it or do it the wimpy way like i have been told, lead it away from the treasure and then double back. There's your scythe schematic.
Oh, he won't let you do the missions unless you have a high enough combat rating (I think anything short of a master elite combat profession can't do them).

Not sure on the combat level thing, I mean, I was a TKA 3-1-4-3, i'm sure that would put me over. Anyways, I didn't even lead the Krayt away, I looted the container, and well, died.

Thanks Cincoalto, did the quest from the intructions in that post, and tomorrow I should be the happy recipient of a new Scythe Blade.

you can get the missons below master lvl by being groupd with an elite master

i dident lead the krayt awat either,
just looted the container and hoped on my bike, the damn krayt were sitting on the container for a while, had to crawl under it to loot lol
