I have +10 and +2 clothing skills. Slap in a +9 force speed and thats +21. Is the force percantage or not? What more would i need? Or did i go over? Thanks.

i assume you just have master swords and don't have master brawler. I have master swords with a +7 CA and a +1 AA and all 4 of the force speed boxes and it caps me so you should be good. Just have your chat timestamped and look at the combat log when you fight something
