What is the number for a Swordsman to be speedcapped?

What is the best way to go about getting speed capped?

Ok someone should make a thread and sticky it but here it is. 100 is the theoretical cap. Any weapon speed and you are capped with melee hit 3. However a 6.1 speed hammer is probably the slowest you will find and 95 melee speed will cap you with hit 3 with that weapon. In order to cap to 95 you will need Master swords Master brawler 12 for fs skills and 3 of tapes.

trying to say that getting capped through tapes is the hardest way, since it costs so much and its so hard to find good tapes. overall it is better though, since you can put those four points elsewhere.

while getting the fs line is simpler but you use 4 points. overall probly a better deal, but somepeople dont wanna give up their template for some speed.

How much speed does master brawler add to swordsman?
