Ok, my friend is about to be a master swordsman and I was just gonna ask some questions to help him get the most out of his profession. Note that he's also about to be a master Doctor.

1. What is a good HAM template to use? (note that he is a master Doctor too)

2. What is a good combo to use in PvE?

3. Likewise, what is a good combo to use in PvP?

4. What are some good stats on swordsman weapons, any and all of them, preferably unsliced?

That should cover everything, I think. If you have anything to add please do so. Please don't flame me for whatever reason you might. I'm just trying to help out a friend.

Your sarcasm has spurred me into action... Lol...

1. if he's a master doctor, have him max out all his mind pools, and then put the rest into the health and action pools. He should run around buffed all the time anyway so secondary stats wont matter.

2. Doctor/Swordsman is a good PVE combo.. hands down. no change needed.

3. For PvP, pick up some defense vs. knockdown from TKA, or Fencer, regular melee defense works good too.it's all stackable, so do some research, and you'll find what you need. Masterbrawler helps too with warcry2.

4. Haven't used a 2h curved sword in awhile, so I don't know the stats. A good unsliced powerhammer is 5.4 speed and about 130-450 damage. don't quote me on that.

2. What is a good combo to use in PvE? Area attack 3(Domination) and a hot key for Stims

3. Likewise, what is a good combo to use in PvP? Lol hit em in the head, they will die.

4. What are some good stats on swordsman weapons, any and all of them, preferably unsliced? Curved Swords I would say 2.1 or below on speed and 210 and above on power - A sliced one thats as close to 1.5 speed as you can go is favorable but watch your hams.

My personal opinion to your friend if he PvPs is that he will ownmost ranged guys especially BH since they cant get our brawler defenses but he will have trouble against the favored brawlers like Teras Kasi and Fencers. He will have to duel ALOT to learn how to win effeciently withthe heavy blades and hammers. (Burst Run plus Scalp Slam Spamming = Pissed off dead kiter)

whoa whoa whoa, you dont want speed slices on curved swords, maybe one for when you are beginning swordsman, but otherwise you profession speed mods will put it at cap speed anyways, go for max damage/damage slices, same with your power hammer [when near master]
