so I was working on my corsec faction on corellia by killing meatlumps. I did area hit 3, and the description says it is an area posture change and has a chance to blind. Thats fine with me. So I get between 3 of them and do it, one ends up laying on his back and the other two down to their knees. I kill the kneeling ones, and the 3rd is still on his back. I target him, he is dizzy and down. How?

The descrip is wrong, theres like a 10-20% chance to Dizzy them

hmm, i think its more than a 10 to 20% chance, because i usually get dizzy about half the time, and i have walked into the center of a pack of six storm troopers, and killed all of thembecause of the dizzy and posture down. and i always take the regular storm trooper missions with three of them, and i can usually kill the three of them with the area attack as they fall on their a$$ half the time because of the area attack 3.

About our area attacks:

Sweep = position change on a single target, multiple targets at lvl 2... in a fontal cone.

Area = position change/KD(higher level) multiple targets in a circular area, area becoming larger with a higher skill

Spin = ?? same as a Sweep.. isn't it?

Do I understand this right? And the only 'true deal' KD move we get would be 2handlunge2 @ master brawler.

spin does damage to people, no dizzy, no posture down, no frills, just damage.

its not a dizzy kd don't get too excited

aye, its not a dizzy knock down, its a dizzy posture down, so when they stand up from kneeling they fall down, because of a the chance to dizzy.

Is it just me or does spin attack seem to be a little faster than sweep and area?

Bro you used Domination(Area 3)plus Critical Strike(2h hit 3) - If i'm not mistaken thats an immediate Dizzy KD. Before I got master brawler I would use that combo to KD people in PvP. I don't think the area dizzies, you may have done the Critical Strike on instinct and dizzied the kneeling sucker which would make him fall.

Yeah that will happen once in a while, if the planets align, and bothdizzy and posture change land on a target.
