Thread: ive got my schematic...need some advice
Firstly there are some things to consider..
Your scythe schematic is limited to 2 usages. So if your weaponsmith wants to get 4 scythes he needs to make 2 factory runs of 2. To make the factory run of 2, he needs 6 cores. To get those 6 cores he needs 7 cubes and optionally 7 agents.
Clear?
So you don't necessarily NEED 7, you will need at least3 identical though.3 would let your WS make just 1 scythe per usage so depending on your WS he may not agree to do that. 5 identical would let him make 4 cores off the same single usage of his core schem.
Secondly, you are not better off using greens or reds. Greens and Reds will do nothing for a scythe, you may as well use Whites.

Wouldn't green increase the max condition and red decrease the ham costs?
Red would decrease the HAM costs, but only by about 4 points or so. Green would not increase the max condition, because sword cores do not have a condition attribute that can be passed onto the final weapon. For a Scythe, using green cubes is as good as using white cubes. Obviously, the optimal mix is to use yellow cubes with geo solidifying agents.
Another thing to consider, six looted geo swordcores will also make two Scythes from one use of the schematic. Standard looted geo swordcores are junk; you'd be better off using a set of seven white cubes to make the cores, even without solidifying agent. However, if you can find a set of six above average looted geo swordcores, they would work about as well as swordcores made with white/green cubes. And if you're lucky enough to find a set of six exceptional geo swordcores, so much the better. ![]()
Hope this helps.
