I have a lvl 29 swordsman on the bria server, and since the latest release all of my defensive moves (COB, Sword Flurry, etc.) don't provide any defensive benefit whatsoever. They still show an icon saying they do, but they don't reduce damage taken one bit.

So now instead of taking about 50-80 damage per hit, I'm taking 150-250+ damage from even low level guys.

I have not changed anything about my guy since before the publish(armor,weapon,level) when it was working fine.

This has completely ruined my ability to tank, as i fall after about 8 hits. Are any other swordsmen having this problem?

Yeah i've noticed it too. The only benefit from COB is that i seem to not get hit as much.

hmm odd... Imporved COB is working for me. i have noticed a difrence from when i am not using it to when i am using it. it is a BIG diffrence.

i will try it tomorrow, i usually ALWAYS have it on now, so i couldnt say if i notice a difference

My Improved COB macro works fine.

With the macro on,the Village Sith attacks are reduced from 150-160 to 50-60.

This is a common error though, you must be COMPLETELY still for the COB to take effect. Clicking on the icon is useless if you are in motion or in the heat of battle. Also, COB will not work while riding a vehicle or mount, when knocked down or sitting.

So stop moving, click on the icon (or use hot key) and wait for the warm up gauge to fill up, then go back to your death dealing.

Since 17 my damage taken has increased. Bols use to hit me for 50-60 with CoB now they hit for 100-120. CoB still works for me, just not as well. No idea if it's a bug or a fix.
