my mabri belt has +25 counterattack, +25 2-h acc, +25 bleeding resist, and +14 speed.
Are counterattack and the speed working properly still? i dont see much difference

all but counterattack should work. the 2h speed and accuracy work, and the bleed resist should work, though with only 25 in the skill you might not notice it much.

yes. it adds to both ranged and melee defence, so this is a very useful mod.
